Position Summary:

The Billing Specialist is responsible for the timely preparation of customer invoices in accordance with the billing process and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Maintain customer website portals
Process daily billing via EBE and Innovative
Input rate quotes in Accu-Rate and maintain files
Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Experience in large volume billing
Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to change
