The Orientation Specialist provides orientation, support and guidance to empower new drivers with the

skills and information needed to be successful Bulk Tank Professionals

• Evaluate skill levels of new employee and recommend level of training needed
• Familiarize new driver professionals with company practices and policies
• Review reference materials and company provided safety materials for OTR job functions
• Prior drivers training preferred
• Three years of actual CMV driving verified
• Excellent communication skills
• Class A CDL with tank endorsement
• Knowledge of FMCSR rules and regulations
