The Account Receivable Credit Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Billing Department, Customer Service,
and Sales to monitor and maintain AR records and accounts as well as obtaining and reviewing credit reports for
existing and potential customers.

- Retrieve backup on electronic payments.

- Apply funds to customer accounts.

- Audit billing when necessary.

- Process adjustments for overpayments, underpayments, early pay discounts, and factoring, etc.

- Prepare check request for approval to refund customer

- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries/disputes
